4 Short Courses to broaden your pregnancy training knowledge and techniques!

This bundle is for trainers who:

• Have not got a lot of experience training pregnant women*
• Have recently discovered one of your clients is pregnant or trying to get pregnant
• Want to increase their awareness on some of the issues specific to this population
• Want to train women better more generally.
• Who can’t afford a big course, but can manage bite-sized pieces

Included in the Pregnancy Training Bundle:

• Birth Trauma
• Exercise Through IVF
• Truly Functional Pregnancy Exercise
• Miscarriage

Each course is worth 1 CEC/CPD with AusActive/NZREPS (4 CEC/CPD in total), and will take 1-2hrs to complete from start to finish.

*by this we mean “as women”. Any client who has had a child is post natal, and you may have trained a lot of them. However, unless you’ve been training them as post natal women, then you haven’t got the experience we are going to give you in these courses!
