Course Description
The highest populations being affected by pelvic floor dysfunction are elite crossfitters, gymnasts, volleyballers, and track and field athletes. One of the theories about why this is the case is that they load their pelvic floors on a regular basis. In this module, we are going to learn how to load the pelvic floor safely, identify red flags early, and move forward with the activities that your female client loves.
It is recommended that you complete Steps 1 to 3 before embarking on this module (use the code “bundle20” to get 20% off when you bundle 5 or more courses)
