Course Description
So many women do not have a coordinated core, and will experience pelvic floor dysfunction, with the highest populations being elite crossfitters, gymnasts, volleyballers, and track and field athletes. If you client is a mum, peri or post menopausal, or an athlete (defined as someone who exercises on purpose) then chances are there are pelvic dysfunctions.
In this module, we will learn how to integrate deep core and pelvic floor work into movement so that your client can continue lifting, running, and performing while keeping their pelvic floor and deep core strong, coordinated, and functional!
It is highly recommended that you complete Steps 1 and 2 before embarking on this module:
