Training Women Experiencing Sleep Deprivation

Sleep deprivation is a common challenge for many women, particularly those who are pregnant or caring for young children. It often arises from not getting enough rest consistently, whether due to insomnia or frequent interruptions from little ones or the need for bathroom breaks. Over time, persistent sleep deprivation can affect brain function, metabolism, and immune system performance, making it a significant concern for overall health.

This mini-course is for trainers who:

  • Acknowledge the volume of women in their care are training in a sleep deprived state.
  • Train women with small children.
  • Would like to know how to help their clients when they complain for tiredness.
  • Would like their exhausted clients to keep training with them, and keep getting benefits from that training.
  • Want to understand how sleep deprivation impacts health more thoroughly.
