Women’s psychology is different to men’s; not better or worse, just different. We know that Oestrogen is not just a reproductive hormone1, it also impacts balance, flexibility, and inflammation in the body2. The highest concentration of Oestrogen receptors in the body is in the brain3, and, as such, women’s psychology, how they think, and are motivated is different to men’s4.
