Course Description

Women are more vulnerable to mental disorders, and brain injury than men. In this 6 Short Course, Brain Health Bundle, we will increase awareness into mental health issues for women, and implement some basic strategies to ensure optimal brain health and thriving mental resilience in our female clients.

Each course is worth 1 CPD with AusActive and NZREPS, and will take 1-2hrs to complete (6 CPD total).
