In this exercise we will pinpoint some key differences between you and your competitors, so you know exactly where you stand among them and why!

Learning outcomes:

  1. Study at least 5 of you closest competitors in your area.
  2. Identify key strengths and weaknesses in each competitor.
  3. Define your value to your customers .
  4. Pinpoint how you differ from your competitors, both strengths, weaknesses, and value points.
  5. Define at least 3 unique selling points in your business where you can leverage your strengths to communicate with potential customers.
