The Thriving Mid-Life Woman Bundle is about supporting women through their transition and acknowledging that that their needs and risks of exercise will change .
This bundle is for trainers who:
- Have an awareness that women’s bodies change as they approach their 40’s, but aren’t exactly sure how
- Are tired of the scaremongering and negativity around mid-life and menopause for women
- Understand that a mid-life woman’s priorities will change, and want to adapt their training to move with this change
- Want to up-level their training services to women over 40
- Who know that their education in women’s bodies and minds has been lacking
Each course is worth 1CEC/CPD with AusActive/NZREPS, and will take 1-2 hours to complete. The complete bundle is worth 5CEC and will take 5-10hrs (depending on how quickly you read and complete the multiple choice exam!)
