PCOS is the most common hormonal disorder in women of reproductive age, affecting around 10% of all women1. PCOS can cause period problems, trouble falling pregnant, and trouble losing weight; however many of the problems that PCOS causes can be managed with a healthy lifestyle – of which exercise is imperative… but not just any kind of exercise. For this session we have guest and women’s reproductive health expert Kendall Hitch.
In this session you can expect to learn:
- What is PCOS
- What causes PCOS
- Signs and symptoms of PCOS, and how it’s diagnosed
- How exercise may help or hinder a woman’s experience of PCOS
- What lifestyle changes you can guide towards to help someone with PCOS
This course will take 1-2hrs to complete.
