Starting From Scratch: A crash course in starting your business from literally nothing

I have been a personal trainer for over 25 years, and a strength and conditioning coach for over 15 years, but I have never, ever had to start from scratch like I did this year. This month’s business module is a step by step process by which I went from zero customers, to full capacity in 6 months. I will also outline when I knew it was time to increase the price, close the sessions to new customers, and how I filled the sessions that were quiet.
