2026 Active Adventure Trip Ideas
I’ve been running overseas adventures for women and their friends, partners, and families for 15 years, first with Galileo PT, then IntoYou, and now just as me! The premise is this:
- Despite loving our kids and our families, parenting is still a 24/7 job that women are still doing to lion’s share of, often on top of a paid job as well.
- It is reasonable in any job to have two weeks leave a year.
- Our trips are the same or below the price you could book it on your own, hopefully saving our female participants from a bit of “mums guilt”, as well as a bunch of mental load in the planning and booking!
You can read about our 2024 Adventure here, and our 2023 Adventure here.
Our 2025 Adventure is going to happen in November, the Cape to Cape in Western Australia! Subscribe to our blog to stay posted!
For now, we’re taking votes for 2026. We have to ask that you only vote if you are going to consider coming for real, not just if you like the idea. While you’re not committing to the trip itself at the voting stage, you are committing to seriously consider it once I’ve got dates and a quote, which will come later this year once we decide on a trip to do!
Voting takes place in our IntoYou Adventures Facebook Group, which you can join here.
All trips include our 12 week hiking group and weekend away.

Hump Ridge Track, Milford Sound Track, or Routeburn Track (or possibly two, or all three of them!): NZ
All of these hikes are located in the Fiordland National Park, and which hikes we do will depend on availability on the date of booking. View pristine lakes and rivers, snow capped mountains, and lush, verdant forests. We’ll be hiking a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 9 days. These trails are notorious for selling out within minutes of bookings being open, so if you vote for this one, be prepared to clear your schedule to ensure you make it!
Inclusions:
- Hut accommodation (breakfast included on the Hump Ridge Trail)
- Hot showers (only available on the Hump Ridge Trail, the rest of the time we’ll be doing cold plunges!)
- Transport from Queenstown to the start and finish of each trail.
